All content produced by The Millennial Filmmaker, including videos, photos, and designs, remain the intellectual property of The Millennial Filmmaker until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a license to use the content for personal or promotional purposes.

The Millennial Filmmaker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.
